Mexican citizens denounce the visible decline of the
Legislative Branch in a country that they consider: "It is falling
apart"
Given the approval of the elimination of the Amparo Trial
(called the Amparo Law), in the Chamber of Senators, with the official votes of
the PT, Verde Ecologista and MORENA, giving way to the limitation of the Amparo
Trial and violating the principle of supremacy of human rights.
This fact has been translated by thousands and thousands of
Mexicans as another attempt to dynamit the Judicial Branch, which is the only
Branch of the Republic that remains independent of President Andrés Manuel
López Obrador, also known as AMLO.
In this way, the instrument of the Amparo Trial, as an
instrument used by citizens, activists and victims, to grant their rights in
the face of government arbitrariness, has been eliminated.
Today, social networks turn again against not only AMLO, but
also the official legislators, who put their intentions to strengthen
authoritarianism above the democratic growth of the Latin American country.
