This Wednesday, the prosecutor Luis Arce Córdova declined,
in a public letter, his participation as a titular member of the National Jury
of Elections (JNE) of Peru and asked that his alternate be appointed. With this
decision, the electoral crisis in the Inca nation is exposed, derived from the
irregularities found in the second presidential round of June 6.
In his letter, Luis Arce Córdova not only indicates to the
electoral authorities to ignore the evidence of fraud, but also affirms:
"everything seems to have been consummated a long time ago." In other
words, it denounces a long-standing conspiracy on the part of leftist sectors
to incorporate Peru into the geopolitical designs of the Sao Paulo Forum.
The crisis that arises from the very bowels of the JNE,
demolishes the recent statements of the US State Department spokesman, Ned
Price, regarding that "the recent presidential elections in Peru were fair
and a model of democracy in the region."
