his purge on Tuesday of officials he suspects might work against him and his
agenda, issuing instructions to Attorney General Pam Bondi to fire all
remaining U.S. attorneys who worked during former President Joe Biden's
administration.
“Over the past four years, the Department of Justice has
become politicized like never before. Therefore, I have ordered the firing of
ALL remaining federal prosecutors from the 'Biden era,'" Trump wrote on
his Truth Social platform.
“We must IMMEDIATELY ‘clean house’ and restore trust.
America's Golden Age must have a fair justice system. THAT STARTS TODAY!” he
added.
