The Biden administration has just been hit by another
unanimous Supreme Court ruling, which of course included its nominee, Justice
Ketanji Brown Jackson.
In a 9-0 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled Friday that some
people convicted of gun crimes can receive reduced prison sentences. In those
cases, firearms offenses can be reported at the same time.
“Congress certainly could have designed the sanctions scheme
in question differently. But Congress did none of these things. And we must
implement the design chosen by Congress,” Jackson wrote in the ruling.CBrief
