Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said former President
Donald Trump “has always been about projection” after Trump blamed her for the
Jan. 6 attack in an interview with “Meet the Press.”
"He knows he's responsible for it, so he projects it
onto others," Pelosi said during an interview on "The Sunday Show
with Jonathan Capehart" on MSNBC. “The assault on the Capitol building,
the assault on the Constitution, the assault on our democracy, is a shame for
him. However, he always projects.”
The former House speaker also criticized Trump's claims that
she turned away soldiers on the day of the attack.CBrief
