In the midst of a growing public disagreement over measures
that they consider unnecessary, after the experience of closures last year,
Andalusia will experience a new curfew.
According to the information, the Contentious-Administrative
Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA), based in Malaga,
has ratified the curfew between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., but only for one week.
This resource was requested by the Board for Marbella and
Estepona for exceeding, they say, the incidence rate of a thousand cases.
It has been announced that the Chamber considers that in the
face of "so severe and generalized" restrictions such as the
prohibition to leave one's home during certain hours or to limit meetings, this
justification requires proving that these measures "are essential to
safeguard public health. Mere considerations of convenience, prudence or
precaution are not enough ".
The above, in a scenario in which the skeptics are on the
rise and the Spanish government is finding it harder every day to impose itself
on the citizens.
