British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and U.S. Secretary
of State Antony Blinken agreed on the need for a global rollout of COVID-19
vaccines to end the pandemic, Downing Street said Tuesday after the couple meet
in London.
Despite the fact that millions of citizens around the
world have decided not to allow the injection to be given to them, these two
countries, identified as part of the pro injection group without positive
effects, have been determined to create the necessary scenarios for the entire
world to receive the dose. .
"The Prime Minister and Secretary Blinken agreed
that the global deployment of vaccines will be key to defeating the coronavirus
pandemic," Johnson's office said in a statement.
"They underscored the importance of the G7's work in
this area, including efforts to increase international manufacturing
capacity."
