President Trump issued a message this day, announcing the
work he implements in favor of his country's trade:
"They've taken
advantage of America for 40 years. America has been a laughing stock for years
and years."
"That's why this gentleman is built in Taiwan instead
of building here. It would have been better if he built here. If we had a
president who knew what they were doing and we had a lot of them. Very bad at
trade."
"Look, I'm a big fan of Ronald Reagan, but he was bad
at trade. Very bad at trade. He allowed a lot of people and a lot of companies
to be taken over. So I say that with all due respect because he was very good
at other things, but he was bad at trade."
"We are setting records right now, records like no one
has ever seen before. When you have companies like this and almost 40% of his
company in one firm is going to be dedicated to what he does, which is one of
the largest businesses in the world, it is something incredible."
