A British interviewer recounted an incident involving Donald Trump long before he was elected president that makes her laugh now.

Ruby Wax is an American-born comedian who, at 70, has long been a regular on the BBC as a presenter on several programmes.

And although she is not well known outside the UK, she was kicked off then-billionaire property developer Trump's plane in the 1990s after she laughed at him when he said he wanted to be president.

Wax recalled the story during an appearance on Kate Garraway's ITV chat show.
