Residents of Scranton, Pennsylvania, are alarmed by a fire
that they say is affecting the entire city.
A fire is reportedly breaking out at the Scranton Army
Ammunition Plant in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Eyewitnesses posted videos and photographs of the plant's
blacksmith shop expelling black smoke from the chimneys, much higher than
usual.
