María Jáuregui, author of the initiative, explained that the intention is that this Law protects

"With this action, Peru places itself at the head of intelligence in favor of the people and we stand aside from all those nations that allow themselves to be manipulated by those who decide for them from outside," said Lorenzo Argúelles, social critic.
