Florida cruise ships are empowered to request proof of injection to passengers

MIAMI - A federal judge cleared the way for cruise ship Norwegian, and likely other shipping companies and service firms, after ruling, at least temporarily, against Florida's ban on requiring documents called 'vaccination passports' against the COVID, Norwegian announced.

In this way, the shipping company and other companies are now legally empowered to require vaccinations from the travelers of the cruise ships in its flotilla that leave Florida, which will allow the company to make its first trip with the Norwegian Gem ship, on the 15th of August.
