Russian forces deployed as military instructors in the Central African Republic have committed serious abuses in the country, including killings of civilians and looting, according to a report by United Nations experts.

 According to the document, made public in the last hours, these violations of humanitarian norms occurred when Russian troops participated together with Central African government forces in an offensive launched earlier this year against rebel groups.
