Three thousand hired watchmen control the thousand
kilometers of Andalusian beaches to ensure that the measures to avoid COVID-19
infections are met, according to the Safe Beaches Plan, launched since Monday
by the Andalusian Government.
The guards who have been deployed today have the mission of
controlling the capacity of the beaches and reporting on security measures and
