Experts are concerned about the addiction to mobile phones
of preschool-age children, which can cause damage to cognitive development, and
which may have been exacerbated by the special situation of confinement.
The quarantine has had an impact on the number of hours
children spend with mobile phones. The restrictions on going outside and the
complicated reconciliation at home while parents are teleworking have led to
