Zelensky expected Putin for peace talks in Türkiye, but that didn't happen

After months of talks with Vladimir Zelensky to try to sit down at the negotiating table with Russia and jointly find a solution to a senseless war started by Ukraine, today life took an unexpected turn.

According to reports, Zelensky arrived in Turkey to talk with the Russian delegation, but he expected Russian President Vladimir Putin to be present, but that didn't happen.

So, at the early hour, it hadn't been decided whether Zelensky would participate in the talks. What did happen was that Zelensky called the Russian delegation a "disgrace."

But the Russian Foreign Ministry had a ready-made response: "A loser and a clown talking about respectable people."
