Former race car driver Danica Patrick has made known through a video on social media the importance of having regained freedom of expression in the United States.

Millions of citizens have lived, especially over the last four years, seriously considering what they could say and what they should keep quiet, due to the censorship imposed on them by the media and social media, the latter of which moved at full speed to censor those who expressed ideas different from those of the current administration.

"It's finally okay to be conservative again. And we have to thank everyone who was part of the movement, all the Democrats who became Republicans," Patrick said.

She also emphasized the importance of thanking those who always stood on the side of freedom and worked to bring it back to the country: "I mean, we have to thank them because it's finally okay to say what you think again and convey rationality to people, at least simply what you believe," she commented.
