to introduce new legislation that would allow the federal Department of

Thom Tillis (R-NC) joined Sinema in sponsoring the Hunting Education and
Heritage Protection Act.
The new bill would seek to further clarify an existing
statute that the Biden administration has interpreted to allow it to defund
after-school programs that provide education in the legal and responsible use
